As Client Services Manager at Impact Family Office, Alexa leads a range of highly customized client initiatives, serving as a key liaison across financial, personal, and household matters. She provides high-level financial reporting and ongoing communication on behalf of clients, while managing complex, individualized projects with discretion and care. Her work often includes collaborating with clients’ professional teams—such as CPAs, estate attorneys, and investment advisors—to ensure alignment on financial strategies, estate plans, and philanthropic goals. She plays a hands-on role in supporting daily client needs, from coordinating and accompanying clients to meetings with professionals, to recruiting and managing household staff; offering seamless, high-touch service in a dynamic and trusted capacity.
Outside of her work at Impact Family Office, Alexa serves as a co-founder and Executive Board Member of the Aussie Rescue Networking Group (ARNG), a female-led nonprofit dog rescue based in Santa Barbara. She plays an active role in the organization’s operations, including leading successful donation campaigns, organizing monthly adoption events in partnership with local businesses, and helping to grow ARNG’s visibility through strategic website and social media efforts. Alexa is often found at community events representing the rescue and supporting its mission to find loving homes for dogs in need.
In her free time, Alexa enjoys hiking, golf, tennis, pilates, and exploring the Central Coast with her fiancée, Spencer, and their dog, Rocky.
