Kim is a Santa Barbara native and proud graduate of Westmont College, where she earned degrees in Communications and Sociology. Her professional journey began in the nonprofit sector, focusing on leadership and management roles within educational and faith-based organizations. More recently, she expanded her expertise into the financial services industry, gaining valuable experience in both corporate environments and the startup space.

As Executive Coordinator at Impact Family Office, Kim plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization’s smooth daily operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing key administrative functions, fostering internal communication, and managing cross-functional projects—all aimed at keeping the team aligned and mission-driven. Kim’s work embodies strategic insight, organizational leadership, and a deep commitment to service.

Passionate about community engagement, Kim is actively involved in several local organizations. She serves on the Young Life Committee, volunteers in various leadership roles at her local church, and contributes to an organization dedicated to supporting college students who have aged out of the foster care system.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Kim finds joy in embracing the natural beauty of Santa Barbara. She enjoys walking her dogs, gardening, and hosting gatherings that bring friends and neighbors together. A strong believer in lifelong learning and meaningful connection, Kim is dedicated to fostering personal growth and enriching the lives of those around her.

Kim has been married for nearly 30 years and is the proud mother of two college-aged children.
